Sasha has many years of experience working with young people on a 1:1 basis in private practice as well as within Secondary schools. She has provided support in a number of different roles including as a mentor and in supported living with more personal daily care, particularly with those on the autistic spectrum, by assisting with general life skills. Her early career began in the challenging field of drug and alcohol addiction.
``I work with many different presenting issues; specifically I have a keen interest in working with individuals who are engaging in self harming behaviours or experiencing suicidal ideation and / or intent. I focus on providing a safe space for individuals which encourages them to explore their concerns at a much deeper level.``
Sasha adheres to the BACP Code of Ethical Practice and is fully insured and DBS checked.
