Sally has worked within the caring professions for 30+ yrs, starting out in the nhs, then adult social services, a brief spell of private work, and most recently working for a mental health charity, during which time she also completed her person centred psychotherapy training, and has provided one to one therapy there for the last 12 yrs.

Though the person centred approach is Sally's core training, she enjoys working holistically, believing in the connection between mind and body, and the usefulness of working creatively to help us deepen our knowledge and understanding of ourselves.

She has experience of working with many presentations, including trauma and loss, abuse, domestic violence, self harm, anxiety and depression, and eating disorders.

Sally is passionate about assisting people to feel more empowered in their lives, to move from their places of pain and suffering and begin the process of healing and personal growth.
