Relationship and Sexual Health
Teens have to cope with many physical and emotional changes with the onset of puberty. They may worry whether changes are normal and experience some embarrassment over physical changes in body shape and size.
Teen years are about establishing identity; you push against parental boundaries and challenge values which may cause conflict with parents and siblings. Often you may feel withdrawn or moody, your hormones are racing and naturally you develop an interest in sex, perhaps experimenting. Conflicts and breakups in relationships can be devastating. Learning to be safe and respectful of yourself and others is essential. We provide a safe and confidential environment to address any concerns about relationships, sexual orientation and identity, contraception or sexually transmitted diseases.
